13 Arrested in Police Crackdown Against Illegal Foreigners

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police launched a crackdown against illegal foreigners residing in the areas of Bani Gala, Shams Colony, and Sabzi Mandi and apprehended 13 foreigners illegally living in these areas.

The operation was conducted to curb unlawful activities and ensure national security, arresting 13 individuals after examining their documents thoroughly.

It was revealed during the investigation that these individuals were living in Pakistan without proper authorization and documentation.

The administration has decided to deport them to their respective countries. They are now in custody and undergoing the legal procedures required for deportation.

The deportation process includes thoroughly verifying their available documents to check their identities and coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate their safe return to their countries. This initiative is part of the government’s commitment to maintaining law and order and ensuring the security of the capital.

The Islamabad Police, in collaboration with various law enforcement agencies, maintains a vigilant stance to counter potential threats posed by unauthorized residents.

Citizens are strongly encouraged to cooperate with authorities and quickly report any suspicious activities they may observe. Individuals are directed to contact ‘pucar15’ in an emergency or use the ICT App 15 to inform law enforcement agencies swiftly.
