ISTANBUL: Coffee lovers and industry professionals came to the Halic Congress Centre in the Turkish metropolis on Thursday as the fifth iteration of the Istanbul Coffee Fair kicked off.

Kadak noted that about 20,000 people attend the expo yearly and stated, “We are not only a festival that fascinates end-users. Most often, we host organisations that seek to establish business alliances. Students studying gastronomy, coffee lovers, and young people all show great interest in the event.

At the same time, he said conferences and workshops are being held with prominent people in the sector for four days. Porcelain, coffee roasting, painting, and chocolate workshops are organized daily during the fair. The event will continue until May 7.-APP
