60 Percent of Students Pass the HSSC Exam

MULTAN: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) of Multan on Wednesday announced the results of the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examination for 2023, showing a 59.68% success result.

The result was officially declared by Chairman BISE, Hafiz Muhammad Qasim, along with Secretary Khurram Iqbal Qureshi and Controller of Examinations Hamid Saeed Bhatti, who pressed the button on the computer system to release the results. The event was attended by System Analyst Qazi Mujeeb Ur Rehman, Deputy Secretary Admin Abdur Rauf Khokhar, and other officials.

Out of 74,635 registered candidates, 44,541 passed the exams, with a success rate of 59.68 percent. Chairman BISE expressed gratitude to all the officials involved for ensuring a timely announcement of the results. He also announced that the 2nd Annual Examination of HSSC would commence on October 20.

BISE DG Khan HSSC Exam Result

In a separate announcement, BISE DG Khan reported an overall pass percentage of 66.83%.

Among the 57,512 candidates who participated in the HSSC examination, 38,438 candidates successfully passed.

Notably, Muzaffargarh district achieved the highest pass percentage in the DG Khan division with 73.06%, followed by Layyah district as the runner-up with 64.32%, and DG Khan district securing a third position with a pass percentage of 63.25%.
