RIYADH: During a banquet held for officials and foreign guests participating in this year’s Hajj, Afghanistan’s acting Minister of Defense, Mohammad Yaqub Mujahid, had a meeting with Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince, Mohammad bin Salman, as reported by Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid on Thursday.

he meeting between Mohammad Yaqub Mujahid and Mohammad bin Salman took place during the Hajj gathering, which also saw the presence of other high-ranking international dignitaries. Among them were the presidents of Pakistan, Senegal, Bangladesh, and the King of Malaysia, who were entertained by the Saudi Crown Prince during the occasion.
