ISLAMABAD: The Australian volleyball team is set to make history as they prepare to arrive in Pakistan on May 26 for a momentous three-match series against the national team.

According to Chaudhry Muhammad Yaqoob, Chairman of the Pakistan Volleyball Federation (PVF), this groundbreaking event comes to fruition following the expressed interest from the Australian Volleyball Federation (AVF) to engage in a series of matches with Pakistan, with all arrangements now finalized.

Scheduled to take place in Islamabad on May 28, 29, and 30, this landmark occasion signifies the inaugural visit of an Australian volleyball contingent to Pakistan, generating palpable excitement for the eagerly awaited series. Highlighting Pakistan’s recent prowess, Yaqoob notes the national team’s impressive performance, clinching the title and maintaining an unbeaten record in the Central Asian Volleyball League.
