LONDON: Bahrain’s King Hamad conferred the prestigious Order of Bahrain-First Class upon Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador, Prince Sultan bin Ahmed, in recognition of his significant contributions to enhancing diplomatic ties between the two nations.
The ceremony, held at Safriya Palace, marked the conclusion of Prince Sultan’s tenure as the ambassador, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Expressing gratitude for the honor, Prince Sultan extended his appreciation to King Hamad, expressing optimism for the continued prosperity of Bahrain with the unwavering support of Saudi Arabia. The Order of Bahrain-First Class serves as a testament to Prince Sultan’s diplomatic efforts and commitment to fostering strong relations between the neighboring Gulf nations.
Bahrain’s Crown Prince, Salman bin Hamad, also lauded Ambassador Prince Sultan for his instrumental role in strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
