ISLAMABAD: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), has paid glowing tribute to the former Senior Vice Chairman PPP and Federal Minister late Makhdoom Amin Fahim, on his 8th death anniversary.
According to the press release by Bilawal House Media Cell, Makhdoom Amin Fahim was a man of a dignified personality with a big heart and a tolerant and humble political leader.
He noted that Makhdoom Amin Fahim was indeed an asset to the party. Bilawal said, “He was one of the few leaders of the party who was a member of the cabinets of Quaid-i-Awam Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and also served as a Federal Minister in the Awami Government led by Asif Ali Zardari.”
According to Bilawal Bhutto, Makhdoom Amin Fahim’s selfless contribution to Pakistan and his decades-long battle will be remembered for a very long time in the country’s history. —APP
