TURBAT: At least three policemen sustained injuries in a blast that took place near Circuit House Chowk in Turbat district of Pakistan’s Balochistan province here on Saturday. The explosion occurred while police vehicles were passing by the area, causing significant damage and injuries.
The injured policemen were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for medical assistance. The nature and intensity of the blast are yet to be determined, and authorities are actively investigating the incident to gather more information.
Upon hearing about the blast, provincial Interior Minister Mir Zia Langau expressed strong condemnation and sought a comprehensive report from the officials regarding the incident. Langau emphasized the need for swift action to bring the perpetrators to justice and prevent such acts of violence in the future.
CM Balochistan Condemns Turbat Blast
Chief Minister Abdul Quddus Bizenjo also denounced the blast, stating that such terrorist attacks aim to hinder the development progress in Balochistan. However, he reassured the public that these attempts would never succeed in disrupting the peace and stability of the region.
