RIYADH: Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met today with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, at the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), on the sidelines of the meeting between the foreign ministers of GCC countries and the US, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.
According to the SPA, the two sides reviewed ways to enhance ties and cooperation, the latest developments in Gaza, including Rafah, stressing the need for an immediate ceasefire, and efforts to ensure the delivery of urgent humanitarian aid to Gaza.
The SPA reported that Saudi Ambassador to the US Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan, Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Manal Radwan, and Advisor to the Foreign Minister Mohammed Alyahya attended the meeting.
