Book of Xi’s Discourses on Financial Work Published

BEIJING: The Central Party Literature Press has recently released a compilation featuring excerpts from discourses on China’s financial sector by Xi Jinping, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee.

Compiled by the Institute of Party History and Literature of the CPC Central Committee, this book comprises 324 relevant passages categorized into 10 sections. These excerpts are drawn from over 120 significant speeches and written works by Xi Jinping, spanning the period from November 2012 to February 2024. Notably, some of these passages are being unveiled to the public for the first time through this compilation.

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC in 2012, under the leadership of Comrade Xi Jinping, the CPC Central Committee has bolstered its oversight and strategic planning of financial affairs, resulting in significant advancements in the nation’s financial domain.

Xi Jinping has delivered a series of profound discourses addressing key theoretical and practical aspects concerning the sector’s development. These discourses have elevated the Party’s comprehension of the fundamental principles and evolutionary path of financial operations to unprecedented levels.
