Breakfast: Crispy Egg Paratha Recipe

ISLAMABAD: Crispy Egg Paratha is a simple and easy recipe to try in the comfort of your home, requiring no kneading or rolling. This super recipe is sure to become your go-to breakfast favourite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped Green coriander
  • 1 tbsp chopped Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Oil as required
  • 1 Beaten egg

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine eggs and milk and mix it well. Add all-purpose flour, chopped green coriander, red chilli flakes, salt, green chillies, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, and mix it well.
  2. Transfer 1/2 cup of this mixture to a greased pan and cook one side for a minute.
  3. Flip the mixture and pour a beaten egg on top. Cook each side until fully cooked.
  4. The crispy egg parathas are now ready to be served.
