ISLAMABAD: Crispy Egg Paratha is a simple and easy recipe to try in the comfort of your home, requiring no kneading or rolling. This super recipe is sure to become your go-to breakfast favourite.
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 ½ cups Milk
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped Green coriander
- 1 tbsp chopped Green chillies
- 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- Oil as required
- 1 Beaten egg
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine eggs and milk and mix it well. Add all-purpose flour, chopped green coriander, red chilli flakes, salt, green chillies, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, and mix it well.
- Transfer 1/2 cup of this mixture to a greased pan and cook one side for a minute.
- Flip the mixture and pour a beaten egg on top. Cook each side until fully cooked.
- The crispy egg parathas are now ready to be served.
