LONDON: British Parliamentarian and leader of the Workers’ Party, George Galloway has warned that the world is heading towards a World War III.
He expressed these views while interacting with the media at the launching of his party’s election campaign in London.
He said what is happening today is dangerous, because, if Israel attacks Iran which it says will do, then Iran will attack them back ten times harder.
“Russia and China are backing Iran, America and Britain are backing Israel, so we have got the scene set for a catastrophe and this could be ready to develop into a World War III,” warned the lawmaker.
Galloway addressing his party workers in Henslow, West London, said that Britain currently needs a third political party.
He was confident that the third political party would be able to solve the problems of the British citizens on a priority basis.
He added that the two major political parties of the country are following the same foreign policy and agenda.
The lawmaker said that the Workers’ Party would field more than 500 candidates in the upcoming general elections which will directly impact the results of the elections.
During the event, he nominated Amrit Singh Mann as his party’s candidate from Hanslow.
