Dubbed the “real cheeseburger,” the unconventional creation has captured the attention of adventurous eaters and social media users across the country.
The Thai branch of the popular fast-food chain introduced the cheese-tastic sandwich on Sunday, initially offering it at a promotional price of 109 Thai Baht ($3). The news quickly spread across Thai social media platforms, with TikTok videos showcasing individuals sampling the cheese-loaded extravaganza. Burger King confirmed the launch, stating, “This is no joke. This is for real.”
The popularity of the cheese-only burger has been overwhelming, with customers flocking to Burger King outlets in Bangkok. The surge in demand was so high that one branch had to temporarily halt delivery services to ensure sufficient stock for walk-in customers.
