CEO Coca-Cola Company Calls on Pakistan’s PM in Davos

DAVOS: James Quincey, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Coca-Cola Company, on Wednesday called on Pakistan’s Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar on the margins of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland.

During the meeting, the prime minister underlined the steps taken by the government of Pakistan to facilitate businesses and investment in the country, PM Office Media Wing said in a statement.

He also mentioned the establishment of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) and the business-friendly steps taken under it to facilitate the investors.

Pakistan’s PM Meets Belgian Counterpart

Earlier, PM Kakar also met with his Belgian counterpart Alexander De Croo and discussed bilateral relations.

They reaffirmed their commitment to expand high-level exchanges and bilateral cooperation in all areas of mutual interest, including investment and trade, migration and mobility, and higher education.

During the meeting, important regional and international developments also came under discussion.
