ISLAMABAD: Changan joins the ranks of major car manufacturers in Pakistan by unveiling a price slash for its popular crossover SUV, the ‘Oshan X7, with a remarkable reduction of Rs 300,000. This offer, valid from May 4th to June 15th, 2024, applies solely for a limited period.
The Comfort variant of the Changan Oshan X7 now boasts a price tag of Rs. 7,999,000, marking a notable decrease from its previous Rs. 8,299,000, resulting in a Rs. 300,000 reduction. Similarly, the Oshan X7 FutureSense sees its price drop by Rs. 400,000, settling at Rs. 8,549,000 from its former Rs. 8,949,000.
Notably, this marks the fourth price reduction announced within a week, indicative of another significant development amid the ongoing trend of price cuts. Earlier, Kia initiated a reduction exceeding Rs. 15 lakh for the Stonic, followed by a Rs. 4.5 lakh cut for the Peugeot 2008 and a Rs. 7.1 lakh decrease for the Suzuki Swift. However, Honda Atlas and Toyota Motors, the two Japanese vehicle assemblers, have chosen not to engage in the price war.
