Ingredients:
Sauce:
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Vinegar
Chicken:
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 500 g Boneless Chicken Strips
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
Stir-Fried Veggies:
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Sliced Onion
- 1 cup Julienne Capsicum
- 1 cup Julienne Carrot
- 1 cup Julienne Cabbage
Assembling:
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 300 g Boiled Noodles
- Stir-Fried Veggies
- Cooked Chicken
- Sauce
- Green Onion (chopped) as needed
- Spring Onion (sliced) as needed
Method:
- Mix ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, crushed black pepper, salt, and vinegar in a bowl. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add boneless chicken and cook until the colour changes.
- Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli flakes, and crushed black pepper to the chicken.
- In another pan, heat oil, and add onion, capsicum, carrot, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- In a wok, heat oil, add garlic, cook for a minute. Add boiled noodles, stir-fried veggies, cooked chicken, and sauce, and toss for 1-2 minutes over high flame.
