ISLAMABAD: In a groundbreaking achievement, China has secured a position among the world’s top 10 most innovative countries in the latest global innovation ranking unveiled by the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology for Development on Tuesday.

The comprehensive report assessed the innovative capacities of 40 countries, collectively representing over 95 percent of global Research and Development (R&D) investment and more than 85 percent of the global Gross Domestic Product (GDP), as reported by Xinhua.
