ISLAMABAD: Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning said on Wednesday that for cross-border personnel exchanges, China would provide maximum convenience. She added such conditions are needed to maintain the global industry supply chain’s stability.

In her routine talk, Mao said that engaging in an empathy-based approach to cooperation along with a teamwork-based approach to sidestep problems posed by COVID-19 enabled China to become one of the first countries to attain reopening of its economy and has continuously strived for a high level of economic activity.

Easy travel made possible by refining China visa policy

Mao stressed China made travel easier by refining its visa policy via the establishment of fast tracks, an orderly increase of international flight numbers, and refining procedures attached to establishing containment measures prior to departure.  Mao claimed that by these actions China contributed significantly to providing a means to be able to stabilize industrial and supply chains globally.
