BEIJING: The People’s Bank of China said that local government bond issuances totalled 619.14 billion yuan and treasury bond issuances were 931.88 billion yuan.
Financial bond issuances totaled 835.27 billion yuan in July, while corporate credit bond issuances reached a staggering 1.14 trillion yuan.
Credit-asset-backed security issuances were 22.27 billion yuan, while interbank deposit certificates were issued for 2.16 trillion yuan.
According to figures from the central bank, the total value of outstanding bonds in custody at the end of July was 151.5 trillion yuan. —APP
