RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Syed Asim Munir, on Wednesday visited Headquarters Engineers Division in Rawalpindi.
The Army Chief was briefed in detail regarding efforts carried out by Pakistan Army Urban Search and Rescue Team (US&RT) during Turkiye and Syria Earthquake, ISPR said in a press release.
COAS met and interacted with members of the rescue team and appreciated their professionalism and commendable work done during rescue efforts in the quake-hit Turkiye and Syria.
