ISLAMABAD/NEW DELHI: Bollywood’s “Dhak Dhak” girl Madhuri Dixit is renowned for both her excellent acting and dancing abilities. With her most recent Instagram video, the dancing queen, who was most recently seen serving as a judge on the celebrity dance competition “Jhalak Dikhla Jaa,” is getting everyone moving.

The replayed version of the song “Mera Dil Ye Pukare Aaja,” which got popular on social media after a video of a Pakistani girl dancing on the organ at a wedding went viral, features Madhuri swaying a leg.

Ayesha, a Pakistani girl, gained instant notoriety for her dance skills. Madhuri posted a video to her social media accounts reenacting the trend and making fans swoon while she elegantly moves while wearing a saree.

In an embellished white saree that she wore for the final episode of “Jhalak Dikhla Jaa,” Madhuri looks as stunning as ever.

“Mera dil ye pukare aaja,” she captioned the video when she posted it to Instagram.

The song “Mera Dil Ye Pukare Aaja” was originally performed by Lata Mangeshkar, known as the “Queen of Melody,” in the 1954 movie “Naagin.”

Madhuri’s dance

While Madhuri is frequently praised for her dancing abilities, some of her fans are not pleased this time. Many users lamented the fact that the diva had joined this trend for “staying relevant” in the comments section of Madhuri’s post.

A user posted, “It is so sad that Madhuri must follow pathetic trends (with no dancing, just inebriated body touching movements) in order to remain popular! There is actual pressure from social media trends. And really pitiful.”

A different user asked, “I’m from Pakistan and I’m wondering why a super star like you did this—dance karna hi tha tu apne Madhuri style mai karti aap…why this crap? “, adding, “Why this crap? “.

Referring to the culture of trends as “junk,” said a different user, “No, don’t do this. Please inspire others. Let’s refrain from giving junk. LEAD BY EXAMPLE, PLEASE.”

Madhuri Dixit’s most recent work was “Maja Ma,” which was made available on the streaming service Amazon Prime Video.
