Weather Update: Dry Weather Likely in Most Parts of Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Expect predominantly dry conditions across most parts of the country over the next 12 hours, with colder temperatures anticipated in the northern regions.

Fog and smog could potentially form in the plains of Punjab, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the morning hours.

This morning’s temperatures in major cities were as follows: Islamabad and Muzafarabad at seven degrees Celsius, Lahore at twelve, Karachi at eighteen, Peshawar and Quetta at eight, Gilgit at minus one, and Murree at six degrees Celsius.

In India Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar, Jammu, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula are likely to experience cold and dry weather, while Leh is expected to be very cold and dry.

Recorded temperatures this morning were: Srinagar, Anantnag, and Shopian at six degrees Celsius, Jammu at twelve, Leh at minus six, and Pulwama and Baramula at five degrees Celsius.
