Dry Weather Likely in Most Parts of Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Most regions across Pakistan are likely to experience mainly dry weather, with the southern areas expected to be notably hot over the next twelve hours. However, there’s a possibility of rain, wind, and thunderstorms in upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, upper Punjab, Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, and nearby mountainous regions.

Temperature readings on Monday’s morning:

  • Islamabad at fifteen degrees Celsius
  • Lahore at twenty-two degrees Celsius
  • Karachi at twenty-six degrees Celsius
  • Peshawar at eighteen degrees Celsius
  • Quetta at nine degrees Celsius
  • Gilgit at eleven degrees Celsius
  • Murree at ten degrees Celsius
  • Muzaffarabad at fourteen degrees Celsius.

According to forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), partly cloudy weather is likely with possible rain, wind, and thunderstorms in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. Meanwhile, Jammu is anticipated to have hot and dry conditions.

Temperature readings on Monday’s morning:

  • Srinagar, Pulwama, and Baramula at nine degrees Celsius
  • Jammu at twenty degrees Celsius
  • Leh at two degrees Celsius
  • Anantnag and Shopian at eight degrees Celsius.
