ISLAMABAD: The European Union (EU) and Pakistan have agreed to continue working together to deepen and broaden bilateral cooperation.
Pakistan-European Union Political Dialogue’s 8th round
The Pakistan-European Union Political Dialogue’s 8th round was held in Brussels.
The moot covered a wide range of subjects in the context of Bilateral relations, as well as global and regional developments. Both sides underlined the need to achieve the goals through cooperation.
EU Deputy Secretary General Enrique Mora and Pakistan Foreign Secretary External Action Service Jauhar Saleem led their respective sides.
EU facilitate bilateral-friendship relations
Foreign Secretary Jauhar appreciated the timely and invaluable humanitarian cooperation the union provided to rehabilitate the flood victims in Pakistan.
The foreign secretary appreciated the European Union’s support for Pakistan in the energy, industrial, and education sectors. He reiterated the importance of sustained engagement of the international community with the Afghan government to ensure the well-being of the Afghan people.
