Five Martyred Soldiers of Pakistan Army Laid to Rest with Military Honor

RAWALPINDI: The funeral prayers of five martyred soldiers of the Pakistan Army who embraced martyrdom in a terrorist attack on a security forces vehicle in the Buleda area of the Kech district of Balochistan were offered in their respective native areas. The martyrs were laid to rest with full military honor.

According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the martyred soldiers included Sepoy Tipu Razzaq (23 years old, resident of Sahiwal district); Sepoy Shafi Ullah (23 years old, resident of Lasbela district); Sepoy Sunny Shaukat (24 years old, resident of Karachi district); Sepoy Muhammad Tariq Khan (25 years old, resident of Mianwali district); and Lance Naik Tariq Ali (25 years old, resident of Orakzai district). The funeral prayers for the martyred soldiers were performed in their native areas. The martyrs were laid to rest with full military honor.

A large number of senior officers of the Pakistan Army, soldiers, families of martyrs, and local people participated in the funeral prayers of the martyrs, ISPR said. “These sacrifices of our martyrs strengthen our resolve against terrorism and our love for motherland,” ISPR resolved.
