ISLAMABAD: Prepare these delicious and easy french toast dippers and serve them with Chocolate Sauce. When combined, they create an irresistible duo.
Ingredients:
For French Toast Dippers:
- 3-4 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup full-cream milk
- 1/4 cup Dairy Cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- Bread slices, as needed
- Caster sugar, as needed
For Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 cup milky chocolate
- 1 cup Dairy Cream
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, full-cream milk, dairy cream, and vanilla essence. Mix well and set aside.
- Trim the edges of the bread slices and stack 2 slices on top of each other.
- Vertically cut the stacked slices into 3 sticks.
- Dip these sticks into the egg mixture and fry until they turn golden brown.
- Coat the fried sticks in caster sugar and set them aside.
- In a bowl, combine milky chocolate and Dairy Cream. Microwave for a minute.
- Mix well until the chocolate melts, creating a smooth chocolate ganache.
