ISLAMABAD: The All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association said on Wednesday that the per tola cost of 24-karat gold went down Rs 800 and was sold at Rs. 239,200 as compared to its sale at Rs.240,000 on previous trading day.
Likewise, the price of 10-grams of 24-karat of gold also went down by Rs 686 to Rs 205,075 from Rs 205,761, whereas the prices of 10 gram of 22-karat gold decreased to Rs 187,986 from Rs 188,615.
However, the price of ten gram and per tola silver remained unchanged at Rs 2,254.80 and Rs 2,620 respectively. The association reported that the price of gold in the international market went down by $5 to $2,312 from $2,317.
