ISLAMABAD: The federal government of Pakistan has increased the price of petrol to Rs. 272 per litre, the Ministry of Finance said on Wednesday.
Government increases petrol price
According to the notification issued by the country’s Ministry of Finance, the price of petrol has increased by Rs. 5 per litre while the price of high-speed diesel has raised by Rs. 13 per litre. The price of kerosene oil has increased by Rs 2.56 per litre, the notification added. The price of light speed diesel was kept unchanged, the Ministry of Finance said.
