Historic Saudi Arabia Visit Deepens Bilateral Ties: Pakistan’s PM

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has termed his visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ‘historic’ and said that the bilateral relations and economic partnership between the two countries were getting stronger.

Following the conclusion of his three-day visit to Saudi Arabia, Prime Minister Sharif announced an upcoming business delegation from the Kingdom to Pakistan, expressing confidence that their visit will further accelerate economic collaboration between the two brotherly countries.

Prime Minister Sharif reaffirmed his commitment to translating the agreements reached at the leadership level into tangible outcomes, heralding a new era of bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.

Prime Minister Sharif highlighted the recent exchange of high-level delegations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, marking significant progress in their relationship.

During his participation in the World Economic Forum in Riyadh, Prime Minister Sharif engaged in discussions with world leaders to foster mutual cooperation across various sectors, including trade, investment, and multilateral cooperation.

Addressing the situation in Palestine, Prime Minister Sharif emphasized that global peace hinges on achieving tranquility in Gaza, underscoring Pakistan’s unwavering support for Palestinian rights.

Prime Minister Sharif expressed gratitude to Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman for his warm hospitality and steadfast support for Pakistan, applauding the Crown Prince’s special directives to Saudi Ministers regarding Pakistan.

Furthermore, Prime Minister Sharif acknowledged the efforts of Saudi Ministers in ensuring the implementation of agreements reached between the two countries at the highest levels of leadership.
