Marination Ingredients:
600g Shingari Fish
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Chili Sauce
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp White Pepper
3-4 Garlic Ginger Paste
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Steak Sauce Ingredients:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Onion
2 tbsp HP Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Cream
1 tsp Garlic
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Chili Sauce
Method:
In a bowl, combine fish, lemon juice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chilli sauce, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic ginger paste, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly and marinate for two hours.
Place the marinated fish in a grill pan and gradually pour the marinated sauce over it. Cook until thoroughly done.
In another pan, sauté onions in oil.
Add sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, then gradually add water. Cook for a few minutes.
Incorporate cream into the sauce, mix well, and cook for an additional minute.
Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked fish and serve.
