RAWALPINDI: Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Saturday announced that his party has decided to tender resignations from all the assemblies including the provincial assemblies of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Imran Khan was addressing a massive rally of PTI in Rawalpindi. “PTI has decided to quit all the assemblies,” Imran Khan said.
Imran Khan said that PTI has decided not to become part of the country’s current political system and to tender resignations from all the assemblies including the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab provincial assemblies.
Imran Khan said that PTI will not become part of the corrupt system. “PTI has decided to quit all the assemblies,” Imran Khan said.
It is important to mention here that PTI has governments in Azad Kashmir, Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
“I always led a purposeful life and was never scared of death. He added the purpose of life is to have belief in faith,” Imran Khan said.
He said the opponent tried to kill him but God saved his life.
He called upon the people that in the present decisive situation they have only 2 options. Either to choose hardship for the sake of success and reforms or to set idle and become a victim of failure and devastation.
He added it is not the solution to confer NRO to the thieves and looter time and again.

A society and nation never develop when there is a lack of justice and Pakistan’s major failure during face is only because there is no rule of law. The two families (Sharif and Bhutto families) always misused institutions for their own benefit.
The difference between developed and third-world countries is only the availability of justice and the Rule of Law. He recalled the gathering that overseas Pakistani support PTI because they experienced rule of law abroad.

Despite the challenging situation we delivered while promoting agriculture, assisted farmers, introduced health cards, enabled over 7 percent growth, started working on 3 large dams, initiated the billion-tree tsunami move, and many other projects.
“I am asking the powerful elements, instead of taking the looters and plunders like Sharif and Zardari behind bars, they toppled our government and brought these looters back into power,” Imran Khan said.
He accused that despite availing NRO time and again these tested parties were given power time and again.
Imran Khan also recalled the cipher issue and called him again a conspiracy. He accused all those of calling it a drama and termed it an insult to the country.
Imran Khan also presented a comparison of the current government with his government with some statistics from the agriculture, economic, and industrial sectors and added that the rate of the dollar, POL price, weather, rice, and other communities experienced a record increase in the current government
Imran Khan also criticized security agencies’ treatment of Shehbaz Gull and Azam Swati and several others including kids and women well put behind bars adding that several journalists were threatened followed by the sad demise of Arshad Sharif.
Recalling Wazirabad incident he said the shooter was trying to kill him the way they killed ex-prime minister Laiqat Ali khan.
