‘Khajoor’ Ki Chutney Enriched in Nutrition

Ingredients

Dates (Without Seeds) 1 cup, Tomato Paste ½ cup, Roasted And Crushed Cumin 1 tsp, Brown Sugar 2-3 tbsp, Vinegar 2-3 tbsp, Oil 2 tbsp, and salt to taste

Methods

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a cooking pan and add the necessary amount of water. Add 1 cup of seedless dates, ½ cup of tomato paste, one teaspoon of roasted and crushed cumin, 2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar.

Season with salt to taste and thoroughly mix the ingredients. Allow the mixture to cook until it reaches a thick consistency. Once done, transfer it to a serving platter and set aside.

Khajoor (dates) ki chutney is ready; you can store it in a refrigerator and enjoy it for a month.
