KSrelief Continues Providing Health Services to Syrian Refugees in Lebanon

BEIRUT: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has continued to implement its project to improve health care services for Syrian refugees and the host community in Lebanon, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on Sunday.

In March 2024, the number of patients received at the Bebnine Health Care Center in Akkar Governorate of the country is 2,465.

They were given 6,139 services across various departments including clinics, laboratory, nursing, pharmacy and mental health programs.

The male percentage of those benefiting from the Saudi initiative was 39% and the female percentage was 61%, with refugees accounting for 57% and the host community for 43%.

The initiative comes within the framework of Saudi Arabia’s keenness, through its humanitarian arm, the KSrelief, to provide humanitarian assistance to those in need, including Syrian refugees, in all areas, to end their suffering due to the humanitarian crisis.
