ISLAMABAD: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has successfully distributed 5000 Ramadan food packages across four districts of the Punjab province of Pakistan.
In a steadfast commitment to address the urgent nutritional needs of Punjab’s residents, KSrelief initiated the distribution of essential food packages across Muzaffargarh, Kotaddu, Rajanpur, and Rahimyar Khan districts in Punjab during Ramadan.
Each package, weighing 97 kg, includes essential food items to sustain a family for an entire month of Ramadan. The contents include 80 kg of flour, 5 litres of cooking oil, 5 kg of sugar, 2 kg of dates, and 5 kg of Daal Chana.
Approximately 35,000 individuals in these districts will benefit from this humanitarian effort.
The project is a collaborative effort involving the National Disaster Management Authority, local governments, and implementation through coordinated efforts between KSrelief and its partner organization, Hayat Foundation.
