LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has fixed for November 20 the plea of Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi seeking the detail of cases registered against her.
A two-judge bench headed by Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry will hear the case on November 20. The bench has issued notices to the respondents for submission of replies by that day.
The lawyer of the former first lady argued before the court that there was no case against the petitioner before the removal of her husband PTI chairman Imran Khan from the prime minister’s office. “She is being targeted on political grounds since the ouster of her husband,” the lawyer added.
The NAB and FIA have been made respondents in the plea moved by Bushra Bibi which said she was not being provided with the detail of the cases against her.
