ISLAMABAD: Ali Rilwan, Chargé De Affaires of the High Commission of Maldives in Islamabad, on Monday vowed to further strengthen bilateral relations between Pakistan and Maldives.

The Maldivian envoy on Monday paid a visit to the WE News Office in Islamabad, where he toured various sections of the office. During his visit, he commended the workings of WE News and expressed his keen interest in understanding the dynamics of local news reporting.

Ali Rilwan was given a detailed briefing on the operations and functioning of WE News, which he found to be insightful and informative. He particularly appreciated the dedication and professionalism exhibited by the team in delivering news to the public.

During discussions, Ali Rilwan underscored the warmth in the bilateral relations between Maldives and Pakistan, emphasizing the need to further enhance these relations in the near future.
