Masood Khan Stresses People-to-People Connections for Stronger Pak-US Ties

WASHINGTON: Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Masood Khan, emphasized the importance of enhancing people-to-people connections to bolster the economic partnership between Pakistan and the United States (US).

During a conversation with Council Member Ms. Naila Alam in Washington, he highlighted the significant role that the Pak-American community could play in bringing the two nations closer and elevating Pak-US relations to new heights.

On the occasion, Ms. Naila Alam presented a proclamation to observe ‘Pakistan Independence Day’ in the Town of Herndon, Virginia.

Extending his congratulations to Ms. Naila Alam for her timely initiative, Masood Khan expressed that this proclamation would contribute to strengthening Pakistan-US ties and raising awareness about Pakistan at the grassroots level.
