HAVELIAN: The largest Tableegi Ijtimah (religious congregation) of the Hazara division commenced on Saturday in Havelian with robust security arrangements provided by the police and district administration.
The congregation saw the participation of hundreds of thousands of faithful from across the Hazara division. This marks the second time in over four decades that the Tableegi Ijtimah has been organized in Havelian.
To ensure the safety and facilities of the attendees, the police and administration implemented foolproof security measures and provided essential facilities, including a medical camp and an emergency station for Rescue 1122.
Volunteer guides were deployed to assist the devotees, while police personnel maintained a vigilant presence at the venue to prevent any untoward incidents.
Stringent security protocols were implemented at the entry points, with the installation of walk-through gates and thorough body searches conducted to ensure the safety of the worshipers.
Earlier Tableeghi Ijtima in Havelian
Preceding the congregation in Havelian, a series of Tableegi Ijtimahs were organized in Baffa, Torghar, Balakot, and Lower Kohistan in the upper parts of the Hazara division.
Faithfuls from these areas joined the congregations in Baffa (Mansehra) and Judbah (Torghar) to participate in religious gatherings.
