ISLAMABAD: Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar on Wednesday denounced the “heinous conspiracy” that aimed to destabilize the security, dignity, and progress of Pakistan.
Addressing a media conference on the eve of the first anniversary of the May 9 events, Tarar said that the events of May 9 were orchestrated to impede the country’s progress and weaken its national defense.
He pledged to expose the faces behind these nefarious acts, stressing that no political party would be allowed to compromise the country’s integrity.
Tarar Appreciates Pakistan’s Armed Forces
The information minister asserted that Pakistan’s armed forces are among the best in the world, citing the downing of two Indian jets in 2019 as a testament to their bravery and capabilities.
He said that no political party would compromise Pakistan’s integrity and that a small group’s selfish interests would not be allowed to harm the nation.
Tarar reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to safeguarding its sovereignty and standing firm against any attempts to undermine its security.
He urged unity and solidarity among all nationals in the face of external threats and internal conspiracies.
