Microwave Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Chocolate Ganache:

• 1 cup Dairy Cream
• 1 cup Milk Chocolate

For the Cake:

• 1 cup Full Cream Milk
• 1 tsp Vinegar
• 1/4 cup Oil
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 2 tbsp Melted Chocolate
• 3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions:

1. Combine milk chocolate and dairy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then mix until smooth. Set aside for a little time and also show a little patience.
2. In another bowl, mix full cream milk and vinegar thoroughly.
3. Add oil, sugar, and melted chocolate to the milk mixture, stirring well. Gradually add flour, baking powder, and baking soda, ensuring no lumps remain.
4. Microwave the batter for 3 minutes until the cake is cooked through.
