The SPA maintained that they called on the world to act swiftly and shoulder its duties in protecting civilian population from the Israeli occupation’s killing machine, emphasizing that the discussion regarding the future of the Gaza Strip and the Palestinian cause should come following an immediate truce and the calming of the unjustified military escalation.
They also underlined the need for serious and immediate measures to ensure the establishment of humanitarian corridors for delivering relief help into Gaza, expressing rejection of restricting the entry of aid and help to the Gaza Strip.
Moreover, they also stressed the significance of creating a genuine political atmosphere to establish an independent Palestinian state on the borders of June 4, 1967, based on the relevant international resolutions, expressing rejection of discussing the Gaza separately from the Palestinian cause, the SPA further maintained.
