LAHORE: Dense fog again enveloped various cities of Punjab, including Lahore on the night between Wednesday and Thursday, causing widespread disruption to daily life and traffic.
The thick fog has significantly impacted road traffic across multiple Punjab cities. The Motorway authorities have taken measures to close Motorway M2 from Lahore to Farooqabad, Motorway M3, Motorway M4 from Shershah to Faisalabad, and Motorway M11 from Lahore to Sialkot for all types of traffic.
In response to the challenging conditions, the Motorway police is advising drivers to utilize Grand Trunk (GT) Road for their travels. They are also urging drivers to exercise caution by driving at reduced speeds and turning on fog lights.
