Muslim World League Secretary General Meets Pakistan’s PM

ISLAMABAD: The Secretary General of the Muslim World League Sheikh Dr. Mohammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif at the Prime Minister House in Islamabad on Saturday.

Prime Minister Sharif warmly welcomed Dr. Al-Issa and expressed gratitude for his presence in Pakistan during the festive occasion of Eid ul Fitr.

He commended Dr. Al-Issa’s significant efforts in promoting the true essence of Islam worldwide and acknowledged the invaluable contributions of the Muslim World League in fostering unity among the Muslim community, advocating for Muslim causes globally, and promoting peace, tolerance, and interfaith harmony.

During the meeting, Prime Minister Sharif conveyed his best wishes for the well-being and longevity of King Salman bin Abdulaziz, as well as for the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz. He emphasized Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to its deep-rooted fraternal relations with Saudi Arabia, which were rooted in shared faith, values, and cultural ties.
