ISLAMABAD: Farooq Abdullah, the President of the National Conference (NC), emphasized that his party is contesting elections in occupied Jammu and Kashmir to uphold its identity and dignity.
Speaking at a rally in Kanihama, Chadoora, Abdullah warned against forces trying to sow division based on religious, regional, and linguistic lines, urging unity to counter such efforts.
Abdullah criticized the BJP for eroding the identity and land rights of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and advocating for dialogue with Pakistan to resolve issues.
