WELLINGTON: New Zealand has announced the squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. Kane Williamson will lead the team in the mega event. The squad also features a blend of experience and talent, with notable inclusions such as fast bowlers Tim Southee and Trent Boult. Williamson, who will be making his sixth appearance at a T20 World Cup and fourth as captain, will be joined by Southee for his seventh stint and Boult for his fifth.

New Zealand’s campaign kicks off on June 7 against Afghanistan in Guyana, followed by matches against co-hosts West Indies, Uganda, and Papua New Guinea in Group C.
