Pak-Saudi Economic Relations Enter New Era: Shehbaz Sharif

RIYADH: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday said that the economic relations between Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) had entered a new era as both nations were set to take concrete steps to boost the volume of bilateral trade.

According to APP, the PM in a meeting with Saudi Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi on the sidelines of the Special Meeting of World Economic Forum in Riyadh, said the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) was playing an active role in promoting and facilitating the foreign investment in Pakistan.

The Saudi Minister told Shehbaz Sharif that the goals were being set to take the bilateral relations to a new height within one or one-and-half years. Saudi Minister Al-Qasabi stressed the need to further promote ties between the two nations.
