PESHAWAR: The Pakistan Army has installed all the required equipment and software in the computer laboratory of Women Degree College Miran Shah tehsil of North Waziristan tribal district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and made it fully functional for female students.
The lab has been operationalized as part of the Pakistan Army’s efforts to promote education and provide all the required facilities to girls.
It is worth mentioning that female students at Miran Shah Degree College were facing difficulties getting computer education because of the unavailability of modern equipment and electricity to run computer systems.
Pakistan Army Installs Solar System
Pakistan Army has also installed a solar system besides modern computers in the lab for the facilitation of female students.
The college administration has commended the efforts of the Pakistan Army to promote girls’ education and said that the continuous efforts of the Pakistan Army would help promote education among girls, enabling them to play a role in the progress and development of the country.
