Pakistan Invites UAE Business Community to Explore Investment Opportunities

DUBAI: Pakistan’s Ambassador to United Arab Emirates (UAE), Faisal Niaz Tirmizi called on the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi at Al Dhait Palace on Tuesday.

During the meeting, Tirmizi highlighted Pakistan’s strategic location at the nexus of South and Central Asia, offering numerous avenues for connectivity and investment.

Ambassador Tirmizi encouraged the business community of RAK to explore the array of opportunities available in Pakistan.
Expressing warm regards and best wishes on behalf of Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Ambassador Tirmizi commended the visionary leadership of Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi for the remarkable development witnessed in RAK.

Highlighting the historical ties between Pakistan and the Emirates, Ambassador Tirmizi underscored the significance of the enduring relationship.

Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi reciprocated the sentiments, expressing his deep affection for Pakistan and optimism about its future. He lauded Pakistan’s diverse geography, encompassing mountains, deserts, and fertile lands.

Ambassador Tirmizi expressed gratitude to the Ruler for facilitating an agreement between the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industries and the Ras Al Khaima Chamber of Commerce. Seizing the opportunity, he extended an invitation to the Ruler to visit Pakistan.

Both sides affirmed their commitment to fostering cooperation and facilitating business-to-business interactions.
Hussain Muhammad, Pakistan’s Consul General in Dubai, Sheikh Dr. Hamed bin Ahmed Al Hamed, and senior officials from both sides were also present at the meeting.
