Pakistan Navy Concludes Sea Spark 2024 Exercise

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Navy Exercise Sea Spark 2024 closing ceremony held in Pakistan Port City Karachi, said a military statement on Saturday. Pakistan’s Navy Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf was the chief guest at the event.

The ISPR in a statement said, during the exercise, Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (Operations) also presented recommendations regarding operational procedures in light of the exercise activities.

All combat assets of the Pakistan Navy, including naval and aerial vessels, submarines, and air defense radars, demonstrated practical actions in the context of warfare during Sea Spark.

The statement said that a successful demonstration of live missile firing was also conducted during Sea Spark. A joint operation was conducted to target enemy naval vessels in the sea during Sea Spark.

In addition to the Pakistan Navy, officers and combat assets of the Pakistan Army and Pakistan Air Force participated in joint operations.

During the closing ceremony, the Chief of the Naval Staff expressed satisfaction with the operational preparations and successful conduct of the exercise.

Senior officials from relevant ministries and Pakistan Armed Forces also participated in the closing ceremony of the Sea Spark exercise.

The Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Naveed Ashraf had kicked off Sea Spark 2024 exercise in Karachi on January 25.

Sea Spark 2024 is designed to incorporate all combat assets of the Pakistan Navy, including surface, subsurface, air, and special forces. Moreover, it will involve participation from the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency, Special Forces, and Pakistan Marines.
