Pakistan PM Leaves for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday departed to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for a visit from April 6 to 8, official media reported. According to APP, this would be Shehbaz Sharif’s first foreign trip since his election.  The Prime Minister is accompanied by Ministers. According to APP, Shehbaz Sharif will perform Umrah and offer prayers at the Masjid Nabwi Al-Sharif, Pakistan’s Foreign Office said.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Pakistan have longstanding fraternal ties rooted in religious and cultural affinity, APP reported. The people of Pakistan have the deepest respect and regard for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.

The leadership of both nations is committed to advancing the fraternal relations and mutually rewarding economic and investment ties.
